We keep this short and plain. LoudCousin (“we”) runs loudcousin.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors from the EU/UK, the GDPR.

What we collect

  • Cousin Chat answers: your type of business, business name and the problem you pick.
  • Booking details: your name, WhatsApp number and the time you choose for the free call.
  • Basic technical data: a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to stop spam, your browser type, and which page you came from (including ad campaign tags).
  • Analytics (only if you click “OK”): Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies that tell us which parts of the site help people.

Why we use it

To show you the preview, to book and remind you about your call, to follow up about the call you asked for, to prevent spam, and (with your OK) to improve the site and our ads. We never sell your data.

Consent

We only message you on WhatsApp after you tick the consent box when booking. You can withdraw consent any time by replying “stop” or emailing us; we will stop and delete your contact details unless we must keep them by law.

Who processes it

We use trusted service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, servers in Mumbai, India), Resend (email) and, if you allow analytics, Google and Meta. They only process data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Leads and bookings are kept for up to 24 months after our last conversation, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Write to team@loudcousin.com. We reply within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India (or your local data authority in the EU/UK).
